Rogers Sugar is part of the Lantic Group, one of the largest sugar products companies in North America. We were approached with a challenge: launch a new pancake/waffle syrup in a shrinking category. We examined the category and found that there was very little innovation or brand development. Our opportunity was to create a new, modern package to take an instant and significant share of the category. The result used modern, consumer friendly graphics and employed shrink-wrap label material.
